Pricing questions

How does per-user pricing work?

You pay for each user who has access to the workspace — typically proposal managers, marketing coordinators, and BD leads. The staff profiles and project records they manage are included in the plan, not billed separately.

What counts as a user?

Anyone who logs into the RFPM workspace — the people who build profiles, generate resumes, and manage proposal content. The engineers and key personnel whose resumes you store in the system don't need their own login and don't count as users.

Is there an annual discount?

Yes. Annual billing includes a 20% discount compared to monthly billing. Most firms choose annual once they've run a pilot and confirmed the workflow fits.

How does the pilot work?

You get full access to every feature — staff profiles, resume generation, project sheets, templates, and Ask RFPM Agent. Upload your team's existing resumes, build profiles, and generate output for a real pursuit. No charge, no commitment — if it doesn't save your team time, you walk away.

Can I add or remove users later?

Yes. Add users as your proposal team grows. If someone leaves the team, the staff profiles and project data they managed stay in the system — you just release their user seat.

Do you offer onboarding help?

Every plan includes onboarding support. We help you import existing resumes, set up templates, and build your first set of structured profiles. Enterprise plans include dedicated onboarding with custom template development and data migration from existing systems.
