How quickly will I hear back?

Within one business day (Mon–Fri, US hours). Demo and pilot requests usually get a reply the same day. If you're on a proposal deadline, say so — we'll jump the queue.

What should I include to get a useful reply?

Firm size, the submittal types you handle most (SF330, SOQ, qualifications, RFPs), what you're using today, and if possible a live RFP or Section E you're wrestling with. Specifics get specific replies.

How does a pilot actually work?

A pilot is two to four weeks with a handful of staff and projects loaded into your own RFPM workspace. We help with the initial import and templates. You run a real pursuit through it. If it doesn't save time, you walk away — no contract lock-in.

Does RFPM handle SF330 specifically?

Yes. SF330 Sections E and F are a core use case. You maintain staff resumes and project sheets once, and RFPM generates Section E and F exports that match the forms your BD team already uses.

Can we migrate from the folder of Word files we have today?

That's the usual starting point. During onboarding we import existing resumes and project sheets, reconcile duplicates, and map them to RFPM's structured format. Most firms are productive in a week or two, not a quarter.

Where does our data live, and who can see it?

Accepted Answer

Your workspace is isolated, encrypted in transit and at rest, and only accessible to users you invite. We don't train models on your content. Happy to send a security summary if your IT team needs one — just ask in the form.

How is this different from generic RFP response tools?

Accepted Answer

Most RFP tools treat proposals as Q&A libraries. That works for IT vendors. It doesn't fit AEC, where a submittal is a structured document about people and projects. RFPM is built for staff resumes, project sheets, and the Section E / F workflow specifically.
